I had the privilege of taking some phtots of a training session with Velocity Racers, a remarkable charity club dedicated to the world of wheelchair racing. Based in London, they do the vital work of taking aspiring athletes from their first session all the way to elite, international competition. Using my documentary approach, I captured the quiet intensity of their training in Richmond Park. These images aren’t just about sport; they are about the diversity of the cycling community and the sheer determination required to reach the world stage. Witnessing their drive firsthand was a powerful reminder that elite racing is built one push at a time.
